2012 Opening Eyes Special Olympics

Enclosed is the sign up sheet for the 2012 Opening Eyes Special Olympics Volunteers.  Doctors, technicians and office staff will be providing screenings and educational information to the Special Olympics athletes and the community.  Come on out on June 8 at the University of Delaware Athletic Complex for this very fun and worthwhile event.

There is no online registration for this event. 

• If you are available, please reply to jbuzby@udel.edu with your name, profession (doctor, technician, office staff) and the best email to reach you at in the near future.
• If you prefer, you can also print the bottom of the document and fax it to the Special Olympics office at 302-831-3483 (but this is NOT necessary if you email the information).
