Delaware State Board Of Examiners

CHANGES IN LICENSE LAW:  

Senate Bill 143, enacted 8/2016, clarifies optometric and prescriptive practices and procedures that Delaware-licensed Therapeutic and Diagnostic Optometrists are permitted to perform. The major changes involve which medications you can prescribe (24 Del. C. § 2101) and a new duty to report (24 Del. C. §2123).
