The 2026 Fall into CE Conference Registration:

• DeOA/AOA member registration: $290 reg 
• Non-member registration: $360 reg
• Optometry student registration: $50 (no CE credits)

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund of registration fees will be granted upon written request if postmarked prior to September 10, 2025. A 50% refund of registration fees, will be granted upon written request thereafter if postmarked prior to September 16, 2025. No refunds after September 23, 2025 or for no-shows.
